We will review any existing assessment to make sure it is up to date. Regulation 3 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999(1) Every employer shall make a suitable and sufficient assessment of. (a) the risks to the health and safety of his employees to which they are exposed whilst they are at work. (b) the risks to health and safety of persons not in his employment arising out of or in connection with the conduct of his undertaking.According to the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance, Risk assessment is carried out to identify the risks to health an safety to any person arising out of, or in connection with, work or the conduct of the undertaking.Risk ManagementThe process of risk management involves: Identification,evaluation and control.The requirement to carry out risk assessments is now in many pieces of health and safety law. - Identify who might be harmed and how
- Evaluate the risks from the identified hazards
