Safety Advisor Visits These are carried out by the Principal Safety Consultant and are on a regular basis to ensure standards are maintained They are set up in advance and cover a 12 month period. A review of paperwork is carried out ie any accident reports, risk assessments (if necessary), safety policy and there is an inspection of the site. The results of the inspection visit are discussed with a senior member of the management before leaving the site. Reports are provided with photographs that identify the problems and recommend a course of action. The report will give priorities for completion with recommended time limits and the legal reasons for the required actions. |
